She has held roles in data management, quality audits, and business development across renowned organizations like Cognizant, Trainor & Partners, and SKILLDOM. A passionate educator and part-time faculty at ICRI, she mentors learners in clinical project management, BD strategy, and eLearning integration. Her current consulting work spans technical, clinical, and digital learning domains. At IILS, she empowers students with real-world frameworks to navigate the clinical research industry confidently.
